A rich Briton is among a group of millionaires in Davos pushing for governments to tax those like him more in order to bridge a wealth gap he warns is "fragmenting the world". Phil White, a member of the 'patriotic millionaires UK' is protesting extreme wealth during the World Economic Forum and says "we believe in annual wealth taxes", explaining that "there's an economic issue with the wealthy taking money out of society and keeping it". The group, which has sent an open letter to the WEF, is comprised of those "with inherited wealth... people who worked, entrepreneurs, people from finance industry, traders and so on."
