In Burgundy, near Auxerre, the Colas family runs a pottery works producing traditional 'feve', a typically French ceramic trinket creation that takes several days of painstaking work to make. With 1.4 million of these creations shipped for Epiphany 2023, Alexandre Colas, co-president of the company, is happy to see that his know-how is valued by his customers, from large houses to more simple bakers: "there is a real continuity of craftsmen in the quality we put into our work".
