French President Emmanuel Macron says "nothing is ruled out" regarding the possible delivery of French-made Leclerc heavy tanks to Ukraine. Macron was speaking at a joint conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who was in Paris to celebrate 60 years of postwar cooperation between the two countries.
