Delhi’s homeless shiver and struggle to keep warm as parts of northern India go through a cold spell. With temperatures reaching as low as 1.9 Celsius, dense fog enveloped the capital affecting flight and train operations. Authorities have also ordered Delhi schools to remain closed until January 15 due to the cold wave.
