In Lenggries' ski restort, in the German Alps, long-time ski enthusiasts are seeing their beloved slopes turn from white to green as ski resorts face an unusually sustained period of warmth. "I'm mainly concerned about the children. Children, students, young people who can't practice this beautiful sport right now" says Lenggries ski club member Karl Haider. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
