French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna wraps up her visit to Ethiopia and signs an agreement to fund two grants from the French Development Agency (AFD) to finance reconstruction projects in the northern part of the country. The deal, worth a total of 28 million euros, aims to support 12 million people affected by the war and includes provisions to repair the electricity network in northern Amhara, Afar, and Tigray.
