"It is a great victory that we are celebrating today, that of having been able to preserve this heritage masterpiece in France," says French Culture Minister Rima Abdul Malak, as she unveils Gustave Caillebotte's painting "La Partie de bateau" (The Boat Party) at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris. The painting was acquired thanks to the sponsorship of the luxury group LVMH and will be exhibited in several French museums.
