Description
Residents of Vancouver, Canada, react to the news that British Columbia has decriminalized the possession of small amounts of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and other hard drugs in a radical policy shift to address an opioid overdose crisis that has killed thousands. One resident calls it a "step in the right direction" while another says, "I feel like if we can try for three years, and see the results, I think only the results can really tell us if it’s going to create a positive effect."
