Description
Clouds of smoke from deadly forest fires engulf the Chilean city of Concepcion, while residents of nearby Santa Juana inspect the damage from the blazes that have left at least 24 people dead. Favoured by moderate to strong winds and an intense heat wave, the fires have devastated some 270,000 hectares in southern-central Chile. IMAGES
