Gautier Coiffard is the co-owner of 'L'Appartement 4F' bakery, located in Brooklyn Heights. He and his wife sell bread, croissants and offer a speciality croissant cereal for 50 dollars, selling 5 to 10 boxes every day as New Yorkers line up daiy to buy their goods. "There was a lot of hate and passion for these mini cereal croissants," says Coiffard adding, "most of the comments were a bit negative from the French, but otherwise the Americans really enjoyed it, they like the little twists on classic French cuisine."
