President Emmanuel Macron says he awarded Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with France's top honour, speaking during the press conference after an EU summit in Brussels.
Macron also added that he is counting on the "spirit of responsibility" of the unions to ensure that their movement against his highly contested pension reform doesn't block "the life of the rest of the country".
