AERIAL SHOTS of a cloud of what firefighters have described as "toxic smoke" rising from a fire at Panama's main rubbish dump on the outskirts of the capital. Firefighters continue to battle the blaze at the Cerro Patacon site, which they have warned may take up to a week to extinguish.
