Brazilian President Luiz Lula Inacio da Silva inaugurates the return of the "My House My Life" housing programme, in the city of Santo Amaro, Bahia state. The programme was originally established during his first government in 2009, then taken over and recreated by his successor and now predecessor Jair Bolsonaro, under the name "Green and Yellow House".
