Description
A halving in the number of scooters, a reduction in their maximum speed and stricter parking controls: the use of self-service electric scooters in Lisbon will be subject to new rules as of March. The rules, negotiated in January by the Portuguese capital's city council with the five scooter operators concerned, aim to limit the nuisance and incidents associated with this new form of urban mobility, as cities like Stockholm and Oslo have already done.
