Almost all of the accommodation in the ski resort of Piau Engaly, in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65) are "thermal sieves". A ban on renting out the most energy-intensive furnished tourist accommodation in the years to come is a cause for concern for the municipality and tourism professionals, who must now look to renovating the most energy-hungry apartments.
