Description
Belgium's Justice Minister, Vincent Van Quickenborne, says the country has "decided to invest millions of euros" to improve security after a suspected Russian spy ship was spotted off its North Sea coast. Brussels has launched an investigation into the ship which, according to Quickenborne, had turned off its compulsory AIS identification beacon and was paying particular attention to Belgium's offshore wind farms. "We also passed an important law on maritime protection" he explains, which "gives us the ability to put cameras on wind turbines to better control this type of operation." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
