Giant inflatable sea creatures and cartoon characters hovered above a field as kite enthusiasts from around the world congregated at the 25th Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival on Friday, for the first time since 2019. The five-day festival returned to Malaysia's Johor state after a three-year pandemic pause.
