Images inside the Paris Court of Appeal as it ordered French comedian and actor Pierre Palmade to be transferred to pre-trial detention, after he was hospitalised over the weekend due to a stroke. Palmade is facing charges over a car accident on February 10, which seriously injured three people, including a pregnant woman who lost her baby.
