Images of Jeju Island’s Seogwipo City, which was recently named the ‘2023 City of Culture of the Year'. In 2022, Seogwipo city created 47 'village lounges', which use private spaces, such as cafes and bookstores, as places for cultural activities for local residents, to solve the problem of cultural imbalance experienced by their 105 villages.
