Viktor Bout, a Russian arms dealer and now member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), opens an art exhibition in Moscow filled with works that he did in prison. In December, Viktor Bout, who was serving a 25-year sentence in a US prison, was exchanged in Abu Dhabi for American basketball star Brittney Griner, who was imprisoned in Russia. IMAGES
