"The real victim in this case is Pierre Ménès," says Arash Derambarsh, one of the lawyers for the former sportscaster, accused of sexual assault. The former journalist left the hearing accompanied by his two lawyers, weakened by the amputation of part of his foot. Pierre Ménès contests the facts that he is accused of in two cases of sexual assault, in 2018 and 2021. While the judgement in this trial is expected on 19 April - with Ménès facing a suspended prison sentence - another investigation into the former Canal+ man, also involving sexual assault and sexual harassment, has been opened in Nanterre.
