Description
"Argentina, 1985," directed by Santiago Mitre, is nominated in the Best International Film category at the 95th Oscars. The movie tells the story of the trial against the leaders of Argentina's bloody military dictatorship from the perspective of the prosecutors working the case, including Luis Moreno Ocampo, a young and inexperienced prosecutor at the time. The real-life Ocampo lives in Los Angeles today and will be present on Sunday for the ceremony. "You got to win your case in court but then it's a battle for the memory (...) Now, Santiago Mitre and Ricardo Darin are winning the battle for the memory," he says. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
