Residents of the city of Tumbes, on the northern coast of Peru, make their way through flooded streets after rivers overflowed due to heavy rainfall in the region under the influence of Cyclone Yaku off the Peruvian Sea. "we are declared in a state of emergency due to imminent danger of rivers" says Head of Civil Defence of the region.
