Description
The Ivry-sur-Seine incinerator, the largest in Europe, has been blocked for three days and will remain closed at least until March 14, announces union leader Regis Vieceli. The blockade means refuse is beginning to pile up in the streets of Paris and surrounding areas, due to a lack of collection.
