Yemeni residents of Sanaa and Taez express their divided opinions on a shock rapprochement between Saudi Arabia and Iran, which stands to end a seven-year rupture in diplomatic ties between the two heavyweights that has stoked unrest across the Middle East. "We are optimistic about the agreement," says Sanaa resident Fathi al-Khaldi, while Taez resident Abdulhakim Mugalis does not think any diplomatic ties between Iran and Saudi "will make a comprehensive peace" in the region.
