Malawi President, Lazarus Chakwera, appeals to the international community for urgent assistance to help survivors of the devastation caused by Cyclone Freddy, which killed at least 225 people, injured hundreds of others, and left 41 missing. At a funeral ceremony for some of the victims in the Blantyre township of Chilobwe, Chakwera says, "we need help, we need help in terms of people that have been rescued, who have lost everything."
