Description
In their homes in the middle of the cacti, the residents of Rio Verde Foothills are trying to save water, which has been getting scarcer since the neighboring town shut off their taps because of the drought ravaging the American West. Unconnected, without access to a well for some, they hope to avoid the growing bills of water carriers forced to get their supplies further and further away before Arizona's summer heat.
