German education minister Bettina Stark-Watzinger speaks to reporters in Taiwan on her landmark visit to the island which drew sharp criticism from China. "Taiwan is quite similar to Germany in values and close cooperation between us is normal," she says, before expressing satisfaction over the "strengthened cooperation" between the two countries.
