Ailing "Hotel Rwanda" hero Paul Rusesabagina is set to be released after the government commutes a 25-year jail sentence against the outspoken critic of President Paul Kagame. Deputy spokesperson for the government, Alain Mukuralinda, however tells AFP that "there is no doubt that Mr.Rusesabagina had been convicted because he deserved it. On this point there is no doubt."
