Sotheby's New York will auction the "Eternal Pink," a 10.57 carat internally flawless pink diamond valued at $35 million in June, calling it "the finest pink" diamond that they "have ever brought to market." "This has a place among Picasso and Magritte" says a specialist from the auction house, adding "this has a rarity that exceeds those, because this is one of one."
