Migrants rally demanding justice as Mexico's President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador participates in a private meeting in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua state, Mexico. Five people have been arrested over a fire at a Mexican immigration detention centre near the US border that left 39 migrants dead and 27 injured, according to authorities.
