A former Taiwanese navy captain says it's clear that China wants to encroach Taiwan's 24 nautical mile zone.
"China is using this tactic to negatively impact Taiwanese people's hearts, minds and morale," says former captain Lu Li-shih, as China’s military drills around the island enter a third day.
