Description
The Sainte-Soline water reserve project, designed to address water shortages in agriculture, has seen opposition for years. Protests against its construction began peacefully, but the battle intensified since autumn 2021 up until the violent clashes which occurred between protesters and police on 25 March in Sainte-Soline.
