French car manufacturer Ligier, the European leader in no-licence cars, is launching the Myli, its first electric vehicle, targeting a wider clientele. "Myli is intended for all of our customers," says François Ligier, the CEO of the brand, "customers who are either older people in rural areas, who need independence (..)
