On the crumbling roof of a damaged apartment block in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sloviansk, rescuers look for survivors of a Russian missile attack which left at least eight dead, according to Ukrainian authorities. Among the victims was a toddler who died in an ambulance on the way to hospital after he was pulled out of the rubble. "I took cover behind a car, the shrapnels were flying. If I had left a minute earlier, or even 30 seconds earlier, I would have entered the yard, where the explosion happened... I think... there is nothing else to add..."
