To the north of Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, several villages are underwater, flooded by heavy rains. "I don't know what to do" says Jeanna, a resident in the village of Oseshchina, "I was offered evacuation... but I can't leave because I have health problems". With water levels continuing to rise, locals are hoping for better weather conditions.
