According to the Minister of Justice for the Central African Republic (CAR), the investigation into the murder of nine Chinese a month ago in a gold mine in the Central African Republic confirms that they were "undoubtedly" murdered by "elements of armed groups belonging to the Coalition of Patriots for Change".
