Senior NATO personnel meet in Faslane's nuclear base, Scotland, expected to hold a "spirited discussion" about Russia, says British junior defence minister Annabel Goldie. "Russia is a principal threat to Euro Atlantic security, (...) a very live consideration" for the UK and NATO," she says.
