Residents and survivors of the Karma massacre recount the April 20 attack on their village at a press conference in Ouahigouya, north of Ouagadougou. "In total, we were able to count 147 people killed at Karma, including 28 women, 45 children between the ages of 9 days and 14 years, and 9 wounded," says the group's spokesperson Daouda Belem.
