The Venezuelan government rejects the decision of a US court that allows the auction of Citgo, a US branch of Venezuela's state oil company and chief moneymaker PDVSA, currently controlled by the opposition. "We do not recognise any kind of negotiation, we do not recognise any kind of payment agreement with any creditor that is not validly directed by the Venezuelan state," says vice president of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez.
