Description
Colombian President Gustavo Petro calls on the Spanish government to help remove the Colombian National Liberation Army (ELN) guerilla group "from the lists of terrorists drawn up by countries". Petro is currently holding peace talks with the group entangled in the continuing Colombian conflict involving radical leftist guerrillas, right-wing paramilitaries and drug traffickers.
