Venezuelan taxi driver Jose Faria's burnt face and arms are wrapped in bandages. His vehicle was one of dozens to spontaneously burst into flames in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in an alarming phenomenon blamed on poor fuel quality. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
