Serbian police said Friday they had arrested a man suspected of killing eight people and injuring at least 14 others in a spree, following a manhunt throughout the night. "We went inside our house, and then we heard burst of fire, once, then a second, then a third," a local man who was there at the time of the attack says, adding that the village's young people were "talking and singing under the linden tree" before the shooting happened.
