Description
Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida says that Tokyo would help Mozambique counter Islamist insurgents in the restive north. Mozambique's gas-rich northernmost province, Cabo Delgado, is struggling with an insurgency waged by militants linked to the Islamic State group.
