Malians react after the country's ruling military junta announces a referendum on a new constitution to be held on June 18 in a delayed step towards a return to civilian rule in the insurgency-wracked west African nation. The campaign will open on June 2. "It is possible that the campaign for the referendum will be successful in Bamako.
