Description
As the Council of Europe holds a summit in Iceland, the 46-nation organisation announces the creation of a "register of damages" to record Russia's destruction of Ukraine for future compensation. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says this register is "just a first step," with the end goal being "the creation of an international tribunal where all the criminals will be punished".
