In a social media post, he tweets: "Russians killed a child in Kherson region. (...) Russians continue to cynically kill civilians." A shell allegedly hit close to a grocery store and the playground where childen were playing: "We did not hear a whistle or a launch. We only heard it when it landed," remembers Valeriy.
