In Russi, near Ravenna, a pair of Italian vets saving animals from the floods, transporting horses, donkeys to a privately owned safe and dry location away from the flooded river. "Horses shouldn’t be kept in their boxes during the flood, or inside small cabins" one of the vetenarians advises, "because they’re stuck in there and they can’t get out."
