Migrants are pouring in at the French-Italian border between Ventimiglia and Menton, in south-eastern France. Among them are more and more women, sometimes accompanied by very young children. But the French authorities are increasingly sending these migrants back to Italy, where a mobile clinic run by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) aims to treat these women, some of whom they say have suffered sexual violence in the countries they are fleeing.
