"It's fine for people to party as long as it doesn't cause any problems for others," says Thibaut Biaunier, a farm worker from Villegongis, a town of about 100 inhabitants where a free techno music festival, Teknival, is bringing together nearly 30,000 festival-goers. According to the prefecture, one person in absolute emergency and 16 others in relative emergency were taken in charge by the advanced medical post set up on the sidelines of the gathering.
